Remote arrived with missing buttons. I emailed ozromote requesting a replacement but they didn’t respond.

The remote is a cheap copy of the original one and the buttons do not work it was a complete waste of money even ordering it doesnt even look like the factory one.

Works however intermittently unresponsive when you press buttons
