The only working part of the remote control is the screen and nothing else. The most stupid spent money. I can not even turn on my Air Conditioner. On/off botton is just for an image. How can I replace this one for working one?

Unfortunately the remote control arrived with a broken screen so I am not happy with the condition in which it arrived.
