The remote only worked for 1 minute, then never worked again. Their warranty process is to send it back to China and then they will test the unit if faulty and then offer replacement or refund. I opted to just buy a cheaper remote from Ebay, which appears to be identical and is still working great. Do not bother buying from OZremote.
