My remote is dead. Try to charge it but nothing is happening

The remote takes to long to connect to the TV.Unless I have it pointing at a certain spot on the TV it won't work ,extremely frustrating when the original controller I could point and would get connected .I have changed the batteries several times but still no better 🤥
Sorry for the inconvenience it caused to you. Could you please check if the batteries are new and correct? Please power it up by 2pcs 1.5V Alkaline batteries, please do not use rechargeable batteries and make sure they are installed by the correct direction of + and - ends.
