Product was received within a couple of days of placing order and once batteries inserted, it worked exactly as specified. No tuning required. Awesome.
I was very happy with the controller received to replace the original HDB850. As soon as batteries were inserted it operated perfectly and on the frequency of my Top Box Model, so no complicated process to synchronize. Periodic advice on parcel tracking were excellent and the controller was despatched the day after ordering. I would have given 5 stars for controller and service but for the fact the on-line advert doesn't say the purchase is actually from an overseas provider and there will be a bank charge for conversion fee from Australian dollars paid by Credit Card. Had I known this I would have used my Bankwest CC, which when used does not incur this fee. Still, I would definitely use OZRemote again for other e-item replacements.
