This remote is totally non functional, it didn't work from new.
We are so sorry to hear that, could you please send me some photos and models# of the original remote & remote from us for a check? Looking forward to your reply soon.
This style of remote is very difficult to open to place in the batteries. The little spring action does not allow for opening the back section of the remote with ease. A very bad design. I purchased 2 of these remotes. One I trashed as it just did not work the other remote did. However, again, once I was able to remove the back of the remote cover to place the batteries, I've not put the back cover back on. I wont buy this product again.
