The name of this company is incredibly decieving as it looks like they are Australian yet the products come from China. I chose this company assuming they were Australian and that we would get the remote within a few days. There was nothing on their website to say the stock was not located in Australia.
I could start a company and then place 3rd party orders on Chinese websites and make a nice profit too without even having to leave home! It's a bit unethical though if you are hiding the fact that this is what the business is about. Trust is everything to a consumer.
Apart from them deliberately decieving people with a suspect business name, their customer service was really good. They responded to my query really quickly which was appreciated.
